Zadar Guided Tours Booking Policy

Zadar Guided Tours take a small deposit (normally 10 – 15% of total excursion costs) from clients so that the tour can be pre-arranged according to client’s wishes.
Zadar Guided Tours reserves the right to retain the small deposit in the event of cancellation if time spent organising the tour in addition to costs associated with 3rd party bookings relating to any tour booked exceeds the deposit paid. Please note, actual tours or excursions will only start when the outstanding balance is paid to the appointed tour guide on first meeting.
Where clients cancel within five working days of the actual trip we reserve the right to invoice for the full cost of the trip in lieu of opportunity lost.
If Zadar Guided Tours cancels the tour, for any reason, clients will receive a full refund of any monies paid in advance of the trip.
Any Client failing to appear for a tour departure at the designated time and place will be liable for the full cost of the excursion.
Most tours will operate in a variety of weather conditions, and no refunds will be made to any customer who chooses not to participate in a departing tour due to weather conditions. Members of any excursion who elect to leave the designated tour transportation must provide their own transportation at their own expense back to the starting point.
We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur and will take all events into consideration when gauging the validity of any refund request.
